Digital Strategy & Innovation at Wake Forest
The Web and Digital Strategy team at Wake Forest University leads the university’s digital presence by advancing innovative, user-centered communications that reflect and strengthen the Wake Forest brand. We view the digital landscape as more than a collection of websites—it is a dynamic platform for storytelling, engagement, and community building.
Through strategic guidance, technology, and best practices, we partner with campus colleagues to help them effectively use digital tools to amplify their messages, reach their audiences, and create meaningful online experiences.
Digital Support Requests
The Web and Digital Strategy team offers a wide range of services to support Wake Forest University’s websites and digital properties. Whether you need assistance with website updates, digital strategy, analytics, or other web-related services, we’re here to help.
Our Services
Our team is here to provide guidance, support, and practical solutions for a wide range of digital needs for all of our Wake Forest campus partners. To get started, select one of the topics below.
Resources
Beyond our core services, we offer a variety of additional digital and website-related resources and services across Wake Forest. Some services are supported by WFU Information Systems, so we recommend visiting their website to learn more and determine whether the service or support you need is provided by their team.
WFU GO Links
GO links replace long, messy web addresses with short, easy-to-remember shortcuts. Having a WFU GO link saves time by making a link simple and keeping resources evergreen so they work even if the underlying URL changes over time.

While you’ll likely find answers to many of your questions about the services we offer throughout this site, we know there may be a few things we’ve missed. If you have a question that isn’t covered elsewhere, our FAQs are a great place to look before reaching out to our team.
